Life doesn't come with a roadmap, and sometimes it's helpful to have someone in your corner. Individual sessions provide a supportive, judgment-free space to explore what's on your mind, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
-
Relationships take work, and sometimes having an unbiased guide can make all the difference. Together, we'll explore patterns, improve communication, and develop practical tools to help you reconnect and build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
-
Not everyone does their best thinking in an office chair. Walk & Talk counselling offers a relaxed way to connect, reflect, and work through challenges while enjoying the fresh air and gentle rhythm of a walk.

Sport is about more than performance—it's about people. We offer counselling, consultations, and workshops that help athletes, coaches, teams, and organizations navigate challenges, strengthen mental wellness, and create environments where everyone can thrive.
Hi! My name is Ajsha and I’m so excited to be a part of your journey.
Raised in the Okanagan, my path into counselling was shaped by both personal and professional experiences. I spent 15 years as a competitive high-level figure skater, navigating the pressures of performance, identity, balance and the mental demands that often come alongside athletics. Those experiences sparked my interest in psychology and ultimately led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, followed by a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.
Nice to meet you! Here’s a little bit about me -
I enjoy working with individuals 14+ navigating a wide range of experiences; from everyday stress and life transitions to more complex mental health challenges. I also have a special interest in supporting athletes and high performers. Outside of work, you will most likely find me with my Kindle, spending time with friends and family, or trying to tucker out my pup who has an endless supply of energy.

This is why you might feel at home here:
Rooted in What Works ✔
With many hours of training, supervision and experience working with evidence-based models to pull from, you will have access to a well-rounded therapeutic experience, without feeling cold or overly clinical.
You can expect our time together as both professionally grounded and refreshingly real.
Some sessions will be heavy. Others might end with us laughing together. Both have a place here.
I'll meet you with warmth, authenticity, and a genuine belief that healing can include moments of lightness, too.
A Little Humour. A Lot of Heart ✔
Authentic and Relatable ✔
Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, not somewhere you have to filter yourself. I prioritize showing up as my authentic self and I’d love for you to feel safe enough to do the same!
This practice is grounded in genuine connection, honest conversations, and support that is human.
Client-Centered Care ✔
You are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, perspective, and practical tools while we work toward what matters most to you.
Every session is shaped around your goals, your pace, and who you are.
